Our staff and our vehicles are identifiable. We use GPS on all of our vehicles. Our route service tickets are emailed to you electronically when your weekly maintenance has been completed. Electronic Service tickets provide photos of your pool before and after service: The Electronic ticket lets you know that your pool has been serviced and is sparkling clean. The ticket shows your chemical readings, along with the chemicals your technician has added. If a repair or problem has been discovered your technician creates a real time electronic alert to our office, and a follow up call will be made to schedule a repair, or to inform you of any issues.
